If a grievance arises regarding the content, presentation style, or location of this workshop, please contact Dr. Mikinski in writing within 15 days of attending. Written grievances can be sent confidentially via our Office Manager, Connie (ckerstetter@sastuncenter.com), and should include: the Attendee's name, address, phone number, the title and date of this workshop, and a description of your concerns. A written response, including any necessary action to be taken, will be provided by Dr. Mikinski to the Attendee within 30 days of when the grievance is received. A grievance may be resolved by making changes to future trainings, providing a different workshop option, or in another manner which addresses the specific concern. Records of all grievances, including the decision-making process and final written response will be kept confidentially by Dr. Mikinski for a period of 3 years.
